With our 29-year-old daughter we stayed at Fog's End for 3 very enjoyable and comfortable nights. Jim and Jan are very welcoming as are the dogs! Rooms are spotless, great library to relax in and read one their many titles. Common room was comfortable, soda and water available whenever wanted. Jan made three delicious breakfasts and had finger foods and wine in the evening. They gave you as much information as you needed. Wonderful to talk with but not intrusive. You could swing on the porch and just enjoy the views of the mountains, or walk 5 minutes into town for shopping and restaurants. Location easy to find and put you near where you wanted to be.

We drove to Cambria on a whim, and found many places were booked full. We called the Fogs End to see if they had room and just our luck they did!! We LOVED our room and the owners are just the nicest people and great hosts. We enjoyed our stay so much; we decided to get married there one year later. We have returned several times since . . . and have had equally great experiences every time. From the home made breakfast to the wine and appetizers to the welcoming atmosphere, the entire experience was top notch.

We stayed here at Fog's End in December, on 8 quiet rural acres just steps from town. Our gracious hosts served hot hors d'euvres and local wines when we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we had accurate directions to great hiking and scenic drives. We strolled to a wonderful restaurant. We settled in to our beautiful, clean, and comfortable room. In the morning we were served a full gourmet home-cooked breakfast at any time we chose. We are sure to make this a frequent vacation stop. From the first warm greeting to the wave goodbye, Jim and Jan made our stay a memorable and superb one.
