Originally two Victorian townhouses, the traditional decor blends Oriental and nautical motifs with antiques and reproductions. The spacious guest library is a welcome spot to enjoy fireside reading of local area guides and related books and magazines. Comfortable seating, good lighting and privacy are appealing amenities of the guest bedrooms. Fruit, cereals, fresh-baked breads, pastries and hot entrees are prepared for a satisfying breakfast in the dining room. The full-length front porch offers swings and teak benches to linger in. Coveted off-street parking is available on-site, and the many attractions of this bayside Colonial town are an easy walk.
