Circa 1790. A casual country ambiance is enjoyed at this 1790 Ramblin Gambrel Colonial home with Early American décor. Situated on three acres, award-winning wines have been produced from the vineyards. Each of the comfortable guest bedrooms feature a fireplace, phone and television. Savor a hearty farm-style breakfast that serves a changing seasonal menu. Blueberry buckle, raspberry cream pastry, venison, trout, and garden-fresh, fried potatoes are some of the specialty side dishes prepared. Experience the rural friendliness of the small town and nearby attractions of the Mystic Coast and Foxwoods or Mohegan Casino. Open year-round; indulge in winter skiing, fall foliage, beach excursions and the pleasures of the many nearby activities and attractions. Ask about special rates and packages available.
