Decorated in soothing tones of lilac, the Darlington Suite overlooks the south and east gardens. The suite is furnished with a queen-size four-poster bed, dressing table, armoire, and fireplace. Darlington includes a private bathroom with shower.

This large, bright third floor room overlooks the north and west gardens. The queen-sized iron bed is dressed in navy and white. A twin sofa-bed, antique armoire, and wicker wardrobe complete the room. The large bathroom/dressing room through French doors contains a soaking tub and separate shower.

A beautiful antique Lincoln double bed and marble topped chest of drawers highlight this room. Decorated in jewel tones of burgundy and green, this room overlooks one of the fountains. A deep claw-foot tub with shower is the focal point of the bathroom.

This two-room suite on the second-floor features a sitting room perfect for reading, as well as a bedroom with a working gas fireplace, wrought-iron queen-sized bed, and television. Decorated in rich gold and black, it is the perfect place to relax. The bathroom is white with ample natural light.

Overlooking the east and south grounds, with a view of one of Faunbrook's fountains, this third-floor room contains a queen-sized wooden bed with canopy, writing table, chest of drawers, wing chair and ottoman. The bathroom is original to the house and contains an antique claw-foot tub with shower, and floral 1860's hand-painted wall tiles.

This third-floor room faces the west gardens, and includes a hand-painted double bed with half-canopy. There is also a matching vanity, slipper chair, child's rocking chair and inlaid wardrobe. Just outside the bathroom is the original built-in marble stand that holds a hand-painted sink. The bathroom with shower complements the room decor.

This second-floor room with armoire and ornate queen-sized iron bed overlooks the west gardens. Subtle floral wallpaper lends to the overall feeling of warmth and serenity. The room is completed with a comfortable wing-back armchair and lady's desk. The bathroom with shower is decorated in shades of green and white.

We spent a couple of nights here in the beginning of our honeymoon. It was a wonderful experience! We stayed in Emily's room (Honeymoon suite). The room was clean, comfortable, and warm. Breakfast was awesome every morning the owners were very friendly and helpful with local directions and things to do in the area! I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone who is looking for a comfortable romantic get-away! Adrienne

Our weekend get away!

This was a wonderful place to stay and Lori &Steve were great about the knowledge of the area ,places to eat and things to do. We visited in april which it rained a day or 2 so I was glad they offered a room with a tv ,our original room didn't have a tv. Anyway, they told us about longwood gardens which was a great suggestion and was a wonderful place to visit. The hotel was great and they are both good cooks. The rooms were clean and the hotel was in a nice quiet area without the noise of traffic.
