Circa 1902. A three-story turret, large wraparound front porch and sweeping two-story covered veranda with gazebo accentuate the exterior of this historic Victorian. The interior has original woodwork and light fixtures restored to reflect its original grandeur. Period-style wallpapers, an incredible art collection and many antiques add to the ambiance. Guest bedrooms are elegantly decorated and furnished with reproduction beds, comfortable seating, and modern amenities. Some include vintage oversized clawfoot tubs, and one is handicapped accessible. Breakfast features fresh fruit, baked goods, eggs, pancakes, souffles or French toast. The Catskill Mountains offer scenic outdoor activities. Viewed from the front porch, Hunter Mountain ski resort is a half-mile away. Take a trolley to one of the three local villages with two movie screens, a performing arts center, organic produce market and many places to shop or eat.
