Circa 1780. This four-story inn, listed in the National Register of Historic Places, was once a stagecoach stop. Guest rooms are furnished with country antiques. Dinner is available Wednesday through Sunday in the elegant dining room, and there is also a tavern. Five fireplaces adorn the common rooms. A wraparound porch, tennis courts and a swimming pool are on the premises. Enjoy live jazz on Thursday and Saturday evenings.
