Circa 1793. Phineas Page settled here on the banks of the Moose River. Later, his son supervised the farm and made it a political meeting place where representatives were chosen for Congress. The innkeepers have created a warm, cozy atmosphere, pampering guests as if they were at Grandma's house. An all-you-can-eat breakfast is served as is afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The inn offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation. Guests can sit on the porch and enjoy the view or stroll the grounds on walking trails and watch for moose, deer and other creatures. The area is rich for those wishing to hunt or fish. Innkeepers can also help guests find hay and sleigh rides.
