The Nauset House Inn

Located a 1/2 mile from Nauset Beach, this inn is a renovated farmhouse set on three acres, which include an old apple orchard. A Victorian conservatory was purchased from a Connecticut estate and reassembled here, then filled with wicker furnishings, Cape flowers and stained glass. Hand-stenciling, handmade quilts, antiques and more bouquets of flowers decorate the rooms. The breakfast room features a fireplace, brick floor and beamed ceiling. Breakfast includes treats such as ginger pancakes or waffles with fresh strawberries. Wine and cranberry juice are served in the evenings.

The Parsonage Inn

Originally a parsonage, this Cape-style home is now a romantic inn nestled in the village of East Orleans and only a mile and a half from Nauset Beach. Rooms are decorated with antiques, quilts, Laura Ashley fabrics and stenciling, and they include the original pine floors and low ceilings. Cooked breakfasts are served either in the dining room or on the brick patio. The innkeepers keep a selection of menus from local restaurants on hand and in the summer season serve appetizers and refreshments each evening while guest peruse their dining choices. The Parsonage is the perfect location to enjoy nature, with the national seashore, Nickerson State Park and whale-watching opportunities available to guests.
