Though I did not stay overnight at your B&B, I used to live in Plano, TX, and a friend brought me to your B&B for lunch one day. What a delicious meal. I decided to buy your cookbook (at the time it was looseleaf in green cover) and have used several recipes out of it. One of my favorites is the "Sante Fe Soup" recipe. Everyone I make it for loves it! Recently (5/24/11) our moving truck crashed and burned in Stockton CA on the way to Fairfield, where we now live. Sadly, the cookbook is burned up along with everything else I owned. If I could somehow purchase a copy of this cookbook again, I'd be so happy! Please contact me at the following email and tell me if this is possible. Thank you so much. Dorothy Clark dottieclark47@gmail.com 707-759-5010 home
