Circa 1874. In the National Register, the Durham House is an Italianate Victorian framed by ancient oak trees shading its finely crafted design features. Situated on beautifully landscaped grounds, the property is surrounded by almond and walnut orchards. There are views from the upstairs balcony and the rooms are furnished with fine antiques, art and beautiful beds. Outdoors are a gazebo and pool to add to travelers' enjoyment. Breakfast is served in the dining room.
