Circa 1880. A picket fence frames this Italianate home, built by Willis Dunbar for his bride. The porch, lined with rocking chairs, is the perfect place to take in the scenery of century-old gardens decorated by fountains, birdhouses and swings. A collection of antiques, family heirlooms and comfortable furnishings fill the interior. The two-room garden suite includes a bed dressed with fine linens and a down comforter and a two-person Jacuzzi spa. Guests can enjoy the morning fare in the dining room or garden.

Minimum Stay Requirements:	Weekends, Holidays and Special Events require a two-night minimum. One-night openings are often available on Fri-Sun, please call to inquire about availability.
Cancellation:	Guests are responsible for payment of all nights of scheduled reservation. Cancellations must be made in the form of a FAX, Email or standard U.S. Mail. Cancellations made by telephone or left on answering machine will NOT be accepted. If cancellation notice is received within 10 days prior to arrival date, payment will be refunded only if the room is re-rented for each of the reserved nights. Reducing the number of days of a stay is considered the same as a cancellation, and guest will be subject to the same policy as stated above. The minimum stay requirement will still apply. Departure before the scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and monies will not be refundable. If you are redeeming a gift certificate and cancel 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policy of payment being refunded only if the room is re-rented for each of the reserved nights will apply. If your rooms are not re-rented, the Gift Certificate will be used as payment, and will then become void.
