Don't Miss the Cooking by Elaine Owl's Nest Inn at Engadine My friends and I just had the most enjoyable experience at the Owl's Nest Inn Cooking Class led by Gerda,the owner and Top Chef. It started off with a toast to the class, and was filled with food prep techniques, delicious recipes, laughter, dancing ( yes, dancing) and ended with all of the class enjoying each other and the 5 course meal. Don't miss it! Gerda is a hoot!
