Policies

Minimum Stay Requirements:Typically two nights on weekends during peak seasons.
Cancellation:There is a 7 to 14-day cancellation policy depending upon the time of the year. Cancellations made at least 7 or 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival will result in no charges. If reservation is canceled within 7 or 14 days of scheduled arrival, then guest will be charged for all room nights reserved unless the room nights are able to be re-sold after cancellation. Group-related reservations may have different cancellation policies established specifically for the group.
Pets:Pets Allowed, In some rooms and $10 fee per pet per day. Owner assumes responsibility for any damages.
