Very romantic room with hand-carved, four-poster queen bed, fireplace and skylight. The bathroom includes an oval whirlpool tub and shower.Located in the center of town, walk to everything. We loved our hot breakfast and our wine and cheese in the afternoon. Our room was very clean and well kept. We will return.

Circa 1800. A prominent sea captain built this historic inn, which has been restored to its 19th-century glory. In fact, the inn is the only resort in Provincetown with a AAA four-diamond rating. The home's stunning Victorian architecture includes a two-story wraparound porch and a turret. The interior maintains the original wainscoting and pine floors, and the historic ambiance is enhanced by period antiques. Guests enjoy a variety of amenities, as all rooms include helpful items such as refrigerators, coffee makers, data ports, and private phones with voice mail. Rooms also include private access to the inn's two-story porch. Guests can book rooms with a fireplace or whirlpool tub or perhaps a private deck.
