Cancellation:

If travel plans change and reservation must be canceled, please call at least 10 days prior to arrival date to cancel reservation. If guest must cancel with less than ten days notice, shorten stay or check out early, they will be responsible for entire reservation. If room(s) can be re-booked, a full or partial refund will be made. All holiday, special events and whole-house bookings must be canceled 30 days prior to reservation date. If reservations are not canceled within the 30-day period, guest will be asked to take responsibility for entire reservation.
