The Grand Canyon is a must-see while staying in Flagstaff, Arizona, but this newly built, comfortable and quiet Craftsman Bungalow style retreat is so appealing it may be hard to leave at all. Tall blue spruce and colorful aspens accent the grounds of more than one acre. In the late afternoon or early evening sip wine and sit in the gazebo or on the swing overlooking the forest. The guest services room provides snacks, hot and cold beverages, ice, a microwave, refrigerator and a movie and game library. Themed guest rooms are styled to reflect some of the innkeeper's favorite places and feature gas fireplaces, resort robes, double Jacuzzis and separate marble showers. Fresh baked cookies or Lauren's custom-made trail mix is brought to the room each day. A hearty breakfast can be enjoyed in the main gathering room, rear patio or fountained courtyard.

Policies

Cancellation:If you must cancel your reservation, you will need to notify us 7 days* before your scheduled reservation to avoid the cost of your lodging; if you have made a deposit, it will be refunded to you less a $15 administration fee or you can transfer your entire deposit to a gift certificate. If you cannot let us know before the 7 day* window, you will be responsible for your first night's lodging unless the innkeeper can re-rent your room. This is unless weather prohibits your trip to the Flagstaff area. Regardless, you must notify the innkeeper even if it is obvious that weather would be a factor. *Cancellation period changes to 14 days for holidays and local events -- this is noted on your confirmation. Thanks!

Thank you so much for this experience. This was only our second time staying at a Bed & Breakfast & this time was just as enjoyable as the last. All the little touches and attention to detail really makes one feel at ease. The room was beautiful and the breakfasts superb. You made a much needed vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. . .

Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. This was our first weekend getaway since being married. The house and room were perfect for our romantic retreat. We both highly recommend getting the romance package with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries -- they were a perfect touch. We will be returning to this home again when we need to retreat from our busy lives. Thanks you so much!

Thank you so much for providing such warm, comfortable and quiet guest rooms. (We) particularly enjoyed the egg and potato Amish dish at breakfast and the warm tea and cocoa available throughout the day and evening...Thanks for all the extras -- who knew how much we missed a toothbrush holder until a bed and breakfast actually provided this useful item? Thanks again!
