Circa 1912. Historically restored, this authentic 1912 Arts and Crafts bungalow is accented with period furniture, pottery, wallpaper and copper work. Several common areas, including an intimate fireplace room, sunny screened-in porch and lush gardens with a pergola and patio, offer peaceful surroundings that enhance relaxation and conversation. Reflecting the inn’s delicious theme, each tempting guest bedroom is named after chocolates. Lavish amenities will pamper and please. Soak in the large whirlpool bath in the Ghirardelli Room. Pillow-topped mattresses invite sleep on a brass bed in the Godiva or on the Cadbury’s white wrought iron. Evening port, handmade confections and turndown service are thoughtful touches. Indulge in a bountiful, award-winning breakfast that may feature Cottage eggs, Lemon-ricotta pancakes, stuffed French toast and other popular favorites. Bikes are available to explore the scenic area.

The best! My wife and I have returned to the Cocoa Cottage several times. We can wait to plan our next stay. Larry makes the best breakfasts. The Arts and Crafts decor is spot, the chocolate is sweet. Whitehall has a quaint litte town feel yet lots to do and see. Love the bike trail nearby. You won't be dissapointed in your stay.

BOTTOM LINE: I would stay here again.

Minimum Stay Requirements:	Two-night minimum in-season weekends and major holidays
Cancellation:	The Cocoa Cottage is an intimate Bed and Breakfast Inn, consequently, cancellations affect us significantly. Your deposit is 50% of your total reservation. Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date will result in a full refund of your deposit, less a $25 administrative fee per room. Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows are charged 100% of the entire reservation. Whole-House (3-4 Rooms) Bookings require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged the remaining 50% balance less rooms we are able to rebook. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to our guest rooms. The value of unauthorized items removed from the Cocoa Cottage will be charged to your credit card. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and change without notice.
