Circa 1901. This National Register, Cape Cod-style home was built by the Lifesaving Service and later was used by the U.S. Coast Guard. A collection of photographs and memorabilia also is displayed. Guest rooms are decorated in arts and crafts and all afford ocean or canyon views. The Boathouse, a replica of the ground's original boathouse, is a romantic cabin with a woodburning stove, private patio and spa with an ocean view. The Point Arena Lighthouse and Museum, as well as many shops and restaurants are just a few miles away.
