An 1880 Eastlake Victorian, Sears' first kit home, is a State and National Landmark. It features suites with private front porches and decks tucked into the three-story high rock bluff. The Place Next Door is a Victorian replica boasting two upstairs suites with balconies. The Artist's Cottage is a renovated 1910 Craftsman. Two elegant suites include pure-air whirlpool tubs, a porch and a deck.

One of the inn's largest suites, is in the 1880s Cliff Cottage with all the Victorian architectural treats and features include: Jacuzzi for 2 with shower, complimentary champagne or white wine, fridge, full gourmet breakfast delivered to your door, beverage bar(imported teas, coffee, hot chocolate, chai, cappucino). Suite's living room has huge triple bay window overlooking all of downtown. Bedroom has antique bird's eye maple furnishings with custom king-size Victorian bed.
