“Charming homey place to stay”

We spent five days here in August, and couldn't have been happier. We were in town to get our child moved into college at DePaul, which is an easy walk away. It was a busy time, and it was so nice to have a comfortable, home-like setting to come back to at the end of the day. The neighborhood is gorgeous and there are great coffee shops, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. And anything you could want within a short drive.

BOTTOM LINE: I would stay here again.

“Loved It”

My first trip to Chicago and could not have asked for a better stay. About a 5 block walk from the El so very easy to get around. A lovely neighborhood of stately old brownstones. The apartment is very clean and cozy. Lots of extra amenities that most B&Bs don't provide. Highly recommend City Scene.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July. It is a really lovely place,spacious, clean and very comfortable! It was so nice to have our own space and it was like a home from home. Mary was very helpful and provided a continental breakfast everyday. It is close to the CTA line but not close enough to downtown to walk. We would highly recommend City Scene to anyone as it was great value for money and much nicer than an impersonal hotel room. We would definitely stay here again!

Minimum Stay Requirements:	Always at least two nights
Cancellation:	One night non-refundable deposit needed to reserve. In the event of a cancellation two weeks prior to arrival date the balance is due less any amount that is re-booked.
Smoking:	Smoke Free Property.
