Minimum Stay Requirements:	Three/four nights during high season. Holidays and/or special events may be higher.
Cancellation:	As a small inn a commitment to reservations is required. In the event a reservation must be canceled, a stay shortened or dates changed, deposit will be returned (less a $50 cancellation fee per room) only if notice is received a full twenty-one days in advance of arrival date. Any such change within the twenty-one days prior to arrival date will result in a refund (less a $50 cancellation fee per room) only if entire reservation is re-rented. No refund can be made within the last 48 hours prior to 2 PM on the date of arrival. See cancellation policy for additional information.
Pets:	Pets Allowed, Innkeepers pets on premises, Limited rooms available for dogs, with an additional $20 per night for dogs staying at the inn. Dogs must be well behaved, get along with humans, other canines. The owner of any dog that disrupts other guests or causes any damage will be asked to remove their dog from the property.
