         <title>Gold Coast Guest House B&amp;B</title>
         <link>http://iloveinns.com/bed_and_breakfasts/illinois/goldcoastguesthouse.htm</link>
<description>Built just after the Great Chicago Fire, this 19th-century brick row house is situated in the heart of the Gold Coast in one the city's most exclusive neighborhoods. The bed &amp; breakfast is only one of three historic buildings still standing on Elm Street. Recently restored, the B&amp;B is decorated in a combination of antiques and contemporary furnishings. Four tastefully appointed guest rooms offer private baths, TV, ceiling fans and air conditioning. One upstairs guest room features a bay window and the original brick fireplace. Fresh multi-grain bread, fruit, apple-cinnamon tea bread, English muffins and assorted cereals are served in the second-floor dining room. The B&amp;B is a five-minute walk to the shops on the &quot;Magnificent Mile&quot; and to the lakeshore, public transportation, restaurants, museums and theaters.</description>
