Circa 1870. Linger over breakfast as you sit and enjoy the view from a wicker-filled veranda at this Second Period Empire-style house. The grounds boast what is thought to be the last live chestnut tree in the city. The innkeepers are antique dealers, who operate a local group shop. They have filled the home with turn-of-the-century pieces and have won awards for the preservation of their inn and for having the "best front porch" in Saratoga. The home is within walking distance of the race track, downtown shopping, only a mile from the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and the State Park where guests can enjoy mineral baths.
