| Minimum Stay Requirements: | Certain minim stays may be required during holiday or event periods. |
| Cancellation: | 14-30 day cancellation required depending on seasonal events and specific reservation. 50% deposit required at time of booking, or one night room charge, with full payment required 30 days in advance of arrival. Cancellation fee of $25.00 or 5%, whichever is greater, if cancelled according to terms of booking. |
