Renewal of Vows

Chateau Coralini Retreat & Spa

Our wedding was a very private affair and we wanted our friends and family to be able to share in our commitment. We held our renewal of vows at Chateau Corlini with fifty of our closest family and friends. It was a beautiful and stress free experience. Linda and her staff handled every detail and made everyone attending feel like part of her family. The setting was spectacular and the food was wonderful. Everyone was having so much fun that our event went an hour longer and the band and staff readily accommodated. The cost was very reasonable and we would highly recommend Chateau Coralini. It is very near to our house and will use Chateau Coralini for our next large event.

Upon check-in and greeted warmly by Samuel, we were pleasantly surprised to find we were UPGRADED to the Penthouse Suite by Linda (an elevator exclusively to our suite, WOW!). What gracious and wonderful hosts! We were the only guests for two nights, but know that even in a full house, you will be waited on hand and foot. With the extensive renovations and all the details of each suite-we snuck a peek at all the rooms that were open, and each one is just as great as the next one, you can tell this is their passion. Linda, what can we say but boy do you know how to cook. We were well fed each day, and didn't eat again until dinner time. You truly felt like you were in your own home and part of their family. Turn down service and cookies by the bed each night, to rose petals in the shape of a heart on our bed, this place is truly a place to relax and be left alone...or be pampered and spoiled, which is what we voted for!

From the moment we made the reservation, to the moment we were greeted at the door, our experience was nothing less than Perfect... This was our Anniversary Get-A-Way and we were treated like royalty...Our stay included dinner for two, a spa treatment and breakfast. You truly feel as though you are in another country. The attention to detail is so evident. Perfect hosts and the perfect place to host your event or quiet little get-a-way and the best deal, is it is in our own back yard...We have been talking about our experience to everyone! Thank you Linda and Samuel. You love what you do and it shows.. From our heart to yours... Sam and Laura

Gigantic rooms and wonderful beds would be enough to be worth the rate, but the the reason we will be coming back are the amazing, kind, and spare-no-effort to help Persalls, the proprietors. We arrived at 1 AM in the morning to a friendly welcome and MUCH appreciated plate of cheese and crackers, fruit, cookies, etc. We wound up checking out impossibly late, and leaving my cell phone in the driveway, which Linda then graciously sprang to return. And, in spite of unintentionally becoming the guests from you-know-where, were never made to feel anything but welcome. That's a true gift. Service and room comfort was way above the call of duty. Highly recommend

The love, kindness and grace that the Chateau Coralini shares with you is beyond anything we've ever experienced! The history, the charm and the Five Star treatment is unlike no other. A complete blessing to have met The Persalls at their Lovely & Exquisite Chateau Coralini. We both have been very fortunate to experience the world through our careers and to have found this precious gem was purely a gift from above. The dreamy comforts of our room, the fine dining, the sweet little details, the delectable meals, the warm smiles, the onsite spa and huge hearts from the owners and staff surpasses the five-star rating!!! We have returned twice and will find more ways to getaway and see our New Family at the romantic, pristine, and most wondrous, Chateau Coralini!!!

We are world travelers that love romantic beautiful inns, and we have found the best in Salinas. The Persalls know their business and do it well, but they also take care of us from the heart. The inn has old fashioned charm without kitsch. The breakfast is beyond compare. Because they host many private events, there is usually a chance to swipe some goodies in the evening as well. Another bonus is that they have a full service spa on site. What more could you want?

We just spent two nights at the Chateau Coralini in Salinas, California. Just so happens I live only 5 miles from this luscious B&B and never knew it! Linda and Samuel Persall have the gift given to few; they are gracious and host their guests with ease. By the time we left, we felt as though we had made new friends. The room was exquisite; the bedding luxurious; the bath amenities first-class and the dining experience was beyond what we had encountered anywhere else in our travels. Linda is a gifted cook; everything she prepares pops with flavor. We enjoyed the gazebo in the evening - complete with comfy chairs and blankies. The on-site spa is lovely and the massage service was outstanding. Being so close, I will return again for their other spa services. The Persall's are well-versed in the history of the historic site and we enjoyed learning of the families who had previously occupied the home. Do yourself a favor and stay an evening or two with the Persall's at the Chateau Coralini. You won't be disappointed!1st class luxury w/a personal touch
