Circa 1910. One of the few remaining shingle-clad buildings in Los Angeles, Channel Road Inn in seaside Santa Monica, California, is a variation of the Colonial Revival Period. The abandoned home was saved from the city's wrecking crew with the encouragement of the local historical society.
