Loved our Stay!!

We were able to get the Forest Suite for only one night. What an absolute delight this place is. It feels like home. We were welcomed by Al and Daryl who provided everything we could have asked for (except another night since they were booked full). Sitting under the stars around a warming fire and hearing the coyotes howl was magical. The breakfast was wonderful fresh fruit, eggs and strawberry shortcake! The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on. It is a "must do"!!

InnSide Tip - Make it exceptional
Bring a favorite bottle of wine that can be shared with all around the warming fire. It makes for great conversation!

far above and beyond!

My stay with Al and Kyle at Cedar Mountain Farm far exceeded all my expectations. The food was delicious, the hospitality was the best I've ever experienced bar none, and the Kyle's did a fantastic job of creating a restful, fun, convenient overall experience. I stay there each time I go through the area, which is relatively frequently.

Unbelievable!

Words cannot express how greatly we appreciated our time at your B & B. You were very kind, flexible, patient and generous to our big group (and especially all of our children.) We loved getting to know you both and Bethel, as well as being blessed by your wonderful breakfasts and hospitality. We will recommend you guys to anyone who heads your way!

Lovely B&B!

Thanks so much to the owners of this B&B for a very lovely experience. They were warm and friendly (including with children), and extremely helpful (even scraped off the frost from my car in the morning!). Being from NYC, it was especially fun to stay at a working farm and be able to go out and see the animals at any time.

Everyone wants to go back!!!

We, a group of friends w/ 13 people went to Silverwood Theme Park a week before Halloween. This place is only 3 miles away from the park. We spent 2 nights in the main cabin. All bedrooms are cozy, very comfortable and bathrooms are neat. What we didn't expect was Daryl and Al, the farm owner prepared us delicious fresh made brownies and cookies (of course we ate them all!). Some of our friend forgot a very important personal item, and Daryl mailed it back to us at no charge. Thank you so much. Great deal, yummy breakfast, excellent experiences. No wonder why this is the best b&b ever. Five stars for you Daryl and Al. We want to go back.

Just What The Doctor Ordered!

If you want a break from stress, fatigue and every day hard life, do yourself a favor and book a few nights at this B&B. From the moment I requested info online to the minute we pulled away in our car - stress free!! The Kyles do everything. The setting was a little piece of heaven, the food divine, the hosts - angels. (Yes, I thought I was gone from earth for a while.) After staying in many B&Bs over the years, I wold say this one is the winner!

Warmth and Rest

I found this cozy environment the perfect place to rest my heart, and my body. It felt like coming home each day, after a busy day out with kids. I could relax while the kids enjoyed riding their bikes, feeding the pony's and playing with the dogs. The food and the hospitality were above and beyond expectations. We will definitely be coming back.

Comfortable & Quiet B&B

What a great place for our whole family to stay in one place: all 20 of us (this included our 4 children & their spouses, plus 7 grandchildren: 2 are married; and one great-grandson.Daryl and Al are such great hosts and we felt so "at home" in their accomodations! The attraction also included being able to use their facilities to make our own suppers using the kitchen and everything in it!

Great Getaway

Soooooo glad we decided on staying here instead of a Hotel like we always do. Daryl and Al were gracious beyond measure. We had a great time with the guests as well, which was not something I expected. I attribute that to the atmosphere of this B&B. You can't go wrong staying here.

Great Stay

We rented the bunkhouse for the night, had a fabulous time. Everything was beautiful. The bunkhouse had everything we could possibly need. Thanks Daryl and Al!

Can't wait to go back!

We spent 3 days and nights at this lovely bed & breakfast with our kids last month. We were looking for a place close to Silverwood and friends recommended Cedar Mountain Farm. Not only was it a perfect location for getting back and forth to Silverwood, but it was a gem in itself. Daryl and Al were gracious and perfect hosts. We never felt like we were imposing and felt immediately at ease. The meals were amazing, the farm is breath-taking and my kids made wonderful friends and memories with the other residents. When it came time to leave and travel north to the lakeside cabin I had reserved for the remainder of our vacation, my kids could only talk about going back to Cedar Mountain Farm. We are already planning another trip and I highly recommend a stay here.

A little bit of heaven

I stayed here with my 3 kids, ages 8, 13 and 16, and it was like coming to a family home, except with farm animals - so even better. From the amazing breakfasts, to the freedom to explore in this beautiful landscape, to the goat with personality, to the little creek for fishing, there was something for everyone. The new litter of kittens was a special bonus. Nobody missed their TV! Darryl and Al are also the kindest, warmest people you will ever meet. You won't want to leave!

A Philly Girl In Idaho

The most wonderful B&B in the country! The host and hostess are two of the most lovely people on earth, not to mention kind, attentive, honest, and generous. They are very easy going, will sit and chat with you or let you alone to do your own thing. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with a rustic homey feel. (We received a grand tour!) The garden has every flower imaginable, and vegetables aplenty. We were allowed to pick any fruits or vegetables for our own food. Speaking of food…never will you receive a better breakfast. Fresh eggs, fruit smoothies, sausage, waffles, and one morning we had a strawberry shortcake (scone in place of the angel food cake.) There’s an abundance of animals: kittens, sheep, a goat, a llama, an old farm dog, and two lovely miniature ponies. When we weren’t playing with the animals or picking vegetables, we were taking long hikes around and up the mountains (orange vests were provided, as it was hunting season.) We were all adults in my party, but it’s definitely a great place for families with small children. They raised six children of their own, so they are used to the mayhem! After three nights, I didn’t want to leave. Definitely worth every penny! This place is heavenly, so if you’re in the area (or even if you’re not) go to Cedar Mountain Farms, even if it’s just for one night. It’ll be the best night of your life.
