This "Mexican Cowboy" room is a favorite because it has access to the hot tub and use of the patio in the evenings. There is an old wooden gate with antique spurs, branding irons, old canteen, etc. hanging on the wall, original hand-carved dresser made by Elidio Gonzales, original art and handwoven rugs. This "scenic overlook" is where the artist, Tom Lewis painted. It is quiet, upstairs, by itself and has a corner kiva fireplace with king-size bed and an elaborate antique door (with all the old hardware) for the headboard, sitting area, a one piece efficiency kitchen with table and chairs.
