Minimum Stay Requirements:	During festivals and holiday weekends
Cancellation:	There is a $20 processing fee for any canceled reservation. If a cancellation notice is received 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, a full charge will be made. If the vacancy is filled, a full refund will be made, less a $20 processing fee. (No refunds on early departures.)
Pets:	Innkeepers pets on premises.
Smoking:	Outside Only.
