I have stayed at numerous B&Bs, including Captain Mey's years ago, and have never experienced such disregard and inefficiency toward a customer. I tried getting a gift certificate for my sister and her husband. After 24 DAYS (!!!!) and 7 phone calls with no certificate in sight, I decided that if they were this unprofessional, incompetent and uncaring I wouldn't want my sister staying there. The Captain Mey's Inn is unworthy of my business.
