My husband and I stayed in the Joseph Bassett Suite in late September. The room, sitting room and bath are very nice. Everything is new! We enjoy bike rides down to the bay on our borrowed bikes from the innkeeper. Yarmouth Port was a good location. It was an easy drive up to Provincetowne and the National Seashore. The three course breakfasts were delicious. We would definately stay at the Captain Bearse House again.
