Cancellation

14 day cancellation policy except for special events, weddings, holidays and reservations requiring both houses which may require a 30 to 60 day cancellation. Reservations cancelled before the specified date are refunded in total except for a service fee. 14-day cancellations incur a $25 fee, special events, multiple house reservations, holidays, weddings incur a $100 fee. Reservations cancelled within the cancellation period are only charged if the reservation period cannot be rebooked. In this case a raincheck is offered, Monday through Thursday based upon availability.
