Circa 1905. Candlelight Inn offers ten guest rooms in a restored Queen Anne Victorian. The home is decorated with an assortment of period pieces. Among its antiques are a Victorian sofa dating to 1855 and an 1890 Eastlake piano. Breakfasts begin with a fresh fruit course, followed by fresh breads and a daily entrée, such as waffles, pancakes or a specialty egg dish. Candlelight Inn is about eight miles from the historic towns of Cape May and Cold Spring Village.

Policies

Minimum Stay Requirements:Some rooms require multiple night stay on weekends during the quiet season. Multiple night stays required on holidays and weekends from June through September
Cancellation:Guests are responsible for the entire length of the reservation. Shortened stays will not generate a refund. Management is not responsible for illness or inclement weather. We must be notified if your reservation is to be changed or cancelled. We will gladly refund your deposit (less a $25.00 service fee) if notified 15 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations made within two weeks of the arrival date will be charged a minimum of a one-night fee, provided we are able to fill the vacancy. No refunds for no shows, cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival or cancellation of reservations that were made within 72 hours of arrival. The entire stay will be charged to your account.

My fiance and I have stayed at this b&b three times so far. We love the atmosphere, innkeepers, and of course the food. The inn is close enough to walk to the boardwalk, but far enough that you can't hear all the noise from it. The beds are so comfortable and all the decorations are perfect. We cannot wait to go back again!!!!

The Candlelight is a beautiful Inn. All the rooms are great, our favorite being Yesterday's View. Bill and Nancy are awesome hosts and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfasts are out of this world.

Nancy greeted us the moment we arrived. Both she and Bill were friendly. We stayed in the Seashore Suite. Everything from the rooms, breakfasts and homemade fudge coconut cookies were amazing! Wonderful stay and hope to return soon!
