Description

Circa 1847. Gracing the historic district of Cambridge, Maryland, this sea captain's mansion sits on two acres along the shores of Choptank River with views of the water from all sides. Built in 1847, the Queen Anne Victorian boasts period décor with modern amenities. Relax on the wraparound porch or soak in the hot tub on the back deck. Most of the air-conditioned guest bedrooms and a suite feature fireplaces, access to a terrace or second-floor balcony and area rugs that accent the original hardwood floors. Gather for a formal breakfast of fresh fruit, homemade muffins and a hot entrée while overlooking the lily ponds and gardens. Cambridge House Bed & Breakfast is next to Long Wharf and a 300-slip marina. Ask about special romantic and adventure packages available.
