My family were "Islanders" for many years. We bought a few things from The Lodge and got out mail there. After our island property had to be sold, Burntside Lake still called to us to visit. The Lodge was the perfect place to stay. It is wonderful. They have updated cabins, but you still have the rustic feel. The Innkeepers are wonderful, and so helpful. Burntside Lodge is a place I could visit yearly, and wish I could actually do that. I miss that whole area.
