Minimum Stay Requirements:Two-night minimum from Septeber 20 - October 20 and December through March.
Cancellation:Winter: With a notice at least 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded. A notice within 14 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit unless the room will be re-booked. Summer: With a notice at least 7 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded. A notice within 7 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit unless the room will be re-booked.
Pets:Pets Allowed, Innkeepers pets on premises, The Bromley View Inn will accept pets in a few of our rooms. Pets must be well behaved, on a leash or in a kennel at all times, and dogs must not bark. There will be $15.00 fee for pets 25lbs or less. There will be a $25.00 fee for pets over 25 lbs. Please let the Innkeepers know that you will have a pet prior to arrival.
