Superb and sophisticated. There's even a charming butler. Excellent location and close to theatre, museums, business. We loved everything about this property. It was immaculate, the decor well designed and joyful. Rooms were luxuriously magical and featured the highest quality amenities. The chef prepared a dellicious breakfast and was ready to accommodate every wish. We absolutely loved the inn's staff. Truly this property should be 5 diamonds.

Every part of this inn experience was superb! Exquisitely decorated rooms and fine gracious service define this elegant Victorian inn. There's even a butler. The inn's chef presented the best scones I’ve had in 30 years of tasting them from Maine to California. We were interested in exploring a number of museums but found the inn itself to be so vibrant and restorative that we spent much soothing time at Britt Scripps. It is a stone’s throw away from Balboa park with the Globe theater and museums and other great San Diego venues. Soooo happy we made this choice.
