Circa 1721. This gracious pre-Revolutionary War Colonial home is a fun place to soak in New England's history and charm. The home was host to a variety tradesmen including a cooper and a wigmaker, not to mention a friend of Benjamin Franklin. The bed & breakfast is only about 20 miles from Boston and the town of Marblehead offers many fine galleries, shops and restaurants, and of course, Marblehead Harbor.
