William Hazeldine

Crisp and elegant, this large room in our Old Town bed and breakfast celebrates the fascinating railroad history of New Mexico and has the bed guests claim the most comfortable they have ever experienced. Original kitchen shelving papered in a black and white provincial pattern serves as a magnificent mirrored headboard. Coral marble tiles grace the floors of the bedroom and adjoining bath. Light fills the large bathroom during a daytime soak in the Jacuzzi tub. The black and white pattern is carried through to the bathroom curtains, which provide privacy during your most intimate moments.

Franz Huning Room

Come spend your anniversary, birthday, weekend getaway, or any special occasion at our Albuquerque bed and breakfast! The Franz Huning Room is dedicated to a 19th-century adventurer, entrepreneur, and innovator, and this lovely guestroom is reminiscent of the era in which he lived. A net and pearl canopy gracefully drapes the massive mahogany queen bed. Sheer gauze curtains topped by pearl-and-fringe accented valances waft gently in the summer breeze. Although additional drawn shades can block out the morning sun, you may not want to miss the sun rising over the Sandia Mountains.

Route 66 Suite

This comfortable suite in our Old Town, Albuquerque bed and breakfast overlooks Route 66 from the windows of the suite’s private sitting room. Our favorite guest room pays homage to the “Mother Road,” Route 66, traveled by millions of visitors since 1937. A collage of vintage photographs is displayed over the massive headboard, and the ornate pressed tin ceiling and hardwood floor retain the charm of the original mansion. Collectible model cars and Route 66 era memorabilia decorate the adjoining private sitting room, which provides a sunny nook for reading and relaxation, perfect for your next New Mexico getaway. Enjoy our nostalgic display of items from the past, including a Red Flyer wagon like one you may have had as a child, a Crackerjacks tin, 1954 a Coke bottle, and a Chinese checkerboard. You won’t find a room like this in any other Albuquerque hotel.

Tingley Room

“Oh, how lovely!” every guest exclaims when entering the Clyde and Carrie Tingley Room in our Albuquerque, NM bed and breakfast. Enchanting rich purple walls and accessories are accented by white curtains and bed linens in this guest room. Large windows fill the room with light and treat guests to a view of the shady flower-filled courtyard, and original watercolors complement the charming décor, along with numerous historic photographs of Albuquerque’s former mayor and governor of New Mexico and his philanthropist wife. Watch the glorious New Mexico sunset from the west window before venturing out for dinner at one of our fabulous Old Town restaurants or indulge in an afternoon nap for a rest between visiting Albuquerque museums, shopping, or taking one of the many day trips available when you use

Bernard Rodey Room

Light reflects in the shiny brass headboard of the queen bed in this guest room and an antique table serves as a desk for working or a place to rest your novel or write postcards. Tailored valances top the large windows, and the afternoon sun warms the room even on the coldest winter day. Hidden blinds can be opened to let in the light or closed when you prefer to sleep later. From the northern view, the white steeples of San Felipe de Neri Church peek through the leaves of Old Town Plaza's large shade trees. After a luxurious night’s sleep and a delicious breakfast at the B&B, you’ll be rested and ready to discover all that Albuquerque, NM has to offer.

Edward Buxton Cristy Room

Originally the dining room, the Edward Buxton Cristy Room features one of the Mansion's three pressed tin ceilings in our Old Town, Albuquerque B&B and a hardwood floor. The blue and white color scheme of the room echoes the beautiful southwestern sky, and yellow accents provide the sunshine. The king bed can be split and made up separately to accommodate two guests traveling together, and an additional twin bed allows a third guest to share the room. The mural encircling the room above the picture rail was painted by a Bottger grandson in the mid-1930's and depicts New Mexico mountain scenes. (You can read more about the history of the Bottger Mansion here.)

Erna Fergusson Room

Charming and cozy, this small guest room in our Albuquerque, NM inn features two twin beds and windows facing the magnificent Sandia Mountains. The former sun porch is decorated in blue and white with touches of sunny yellow, complemented by terra cotta colored saltillo floor tiles. A blue antique claw-foot tub is the focal point of the sizeable bathroom. This sunny room is often used by two traveling companions sightseeing in Old Town and enjoying New Mexico's beauty. While it is the least expensive room in our Albuquerque bed and breakfast, guests enjoy the same amenities, making it a great value with a great view!
