Captains Quarters Suite

A luxurious suite, located in the Carriage House, with a King-size pencil post bed and sitting area with sofa, chair, cozy gas fireplace and television. The large bath has a shower and relaxing whirlpool tub. There is a small kitchenette which contains a two-burner stove, refrigerator, sink and coffeemaker. A private entrance leads to an outside patio with umbrella table and chairs, (shared with the Bali H'ai Suite).

Compass Rose Suite

This generously-sized suite is a luxurious romantic retreat in the Carriage House. King-size canopy bed with bedding ensemble by Laura Ashley and gas fireplace. The bathroom features both a clawfoot soaking tub and a large separate shower. Patio is just outside private entrance, (shared by the Captains Quarters Suite).

This spacious two-room suite has a private entrance, dramatic vaulted wood ceilings and lots of country charm. King-size brass bed in one room; the other room is furnished with a twin-size bed and sitting area. Perfect for families and groups traveling together. The large private bath has a shower. Minimum Stay Requirements

Two-day stay on holiday weekends.

Cancellation

To confirm your reservation, one night's room rate is required as a deposit. If you must cancel or shorten the number of nights reserved, a full two weeks' notice must be received in order to refund your deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved if cancellation is less than 14 days.

Other Activities

Thick crispy waffles, perfect every time. Fresh Maine local strawberries and raspberries give a more piquant flavor, although frozen fruit work well when not in season.

Makes a lovely Breakfast starter, or desert, if served with ginger ice cream. This recipe uses a traditional Scottish green ginger wine. Green ginger wine can be found in specialty shops.
