Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hot tub rooms are very romantic and private. food was very good.

We celebrated our 15TH wedding anniversary at Berry Spring Lodge. It was a wonderful, quiet and peaceful getaway. The lodge has so much to offer. It is a hidden piece of heaven on earth. The food was delicious, especially the homemade apple pie we had for dessert one evening. The setting is awesome as well as the whole experience. We cannot wait to see Sue, the owner, again. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We didn't want to leave. We have traveled to several countries and this place was very romantic and special.

Berry Springs Lodge is a beautiful, immaculate inn. The innkeepers/owners do everything to make the guests comfortable.

The Berry was a wonderful stop for us. After a hectic business schedule in a combination business and pleasure trip, my wife and I enjoyed the fantastic hospitality of the Inn. Within easy travel to civilization yet comfortably in the country mountains. The cuisine available for breakfast was nothing short of amazing. The facility is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Sitting on the porch overlooking the valley while enjoying morning coffee and reading the newspaper was wonderful.

This was our second time visiting. They make the lodge personable, romantic and cozy. They make you feel at home during a wonderful breakfast but then give you time to enjoy the beautiful grounds and cozy rooms. We will continue to come here and recommend the lodge to friends and family who want a romantic weekend.

We were looking for rustic, but with up to date finishes...no campers here! What we were lucky enough to find in Berry Springs is just enough top notch rustic, with the feeling that we had been spoiled by the atmosphere and the care. Berry Springs is a beautiful enough setting to stay, stay, stay...but so close to all the action of the area. A real romantic getaway.

We have stayed in a lot of bed and breakfast lodges. But the Berry Springs Lodge is far and away the best we have ever been. The service was absolutely the tops you could ever ask for. Seeing the love Patrick and Sue have for one another and their guests just stand out. We just felt like we were one of their family.

Whenever we need to get away for a romatic weekend this is where we like to go. We have given our three kids a gift certificate to get away for their romatic few days and they have all enjoyed their relaxing stay at Berry Springs Lodge.

Berry Springs is one of the NICEST B&B's were have ever stay at. We travel alot and this place is The Greatest. It is great for a romantic getaway, long weekend, anniversary or any other special time. Breakfast is wonderful and they always have lots of snacks and an evening goodie treat. The rooms are very well appointed and oh so clean!!!! Some with balconies and hot tubs. I suggest visiting their web site and check it out for yourself. www.berrysprings.com They are also very close to Dollywood. You can go in the backway and miss all the traffic in Pigeon Forge. They have a lovely pond area below the B&B and the view is beautiful in all seasons. Grab you sweetie and go stay at a GREAT B&B. Great Place, Even Better People

What a delightful spot to celebrate our 50 years of marriage. These folks did everything to make this experience perfect for reflecting back on all these years together. The facilities and grounds were incredible and there was little to distract us from our time together.

My husband and I renewed our vows for our 20th wedding anniversary (2004) and had the good fortune to choose Berry Springs. Where do I begin to extoll the virtues of this B&B? The lodge is tucked away in the beautiful Smoky Mountains, away from the flurry of activity, yet close enough to anything you wish to do. The accommodations (we stayed in a honeymoon cabin) were PERFECT. Everything was clean, neat, and welcoming. The food was incredible (especially those desserts), and best of all, the hospitality was divine. Patrick and Sue are among the most gracious hosts I have ever encountered and are genuinely warm and thoughtful people. We hope to celebrate the rest of our lives by returning to Berry Springs every 5 years. This trip was, hands down, the most relaxing getaway the two of us have ever taken. We spent part of our honeymoon in one of their suites. It was wonderful & relaxing. It was really lovely to have the views of the mountains as a backdrop to our bedroom. The breakfast were scrumptuous and the evening deserts were gorgeous.

We have stayed at numerous B&B's over the years. Berry Springs was by the best. It is a beautiful B&B - room, food, service all wonderful. It is a little out of the way but the views and accomodations were well worth it. We would definitely stay at Berry Springs again and would recommend to others.

After 20 years of marriage, my husband and I decided to go to a B&B. Berry Springs gave us the best anniversary getaway ever. Seeing the awesome sunrise in the morning and the eye-catching sunset in the evening afforded us the opportunity to reflect on our past years. The quiet relaxing walk on the trail is a great way to wrap the evening. Berry Springs is a phenomenal place to ignite or keep the flame burning. The food was wonderful, rooms immaculate and the hospitality fantastic. It is a great place.

No better place to go to get away ! It is a beautiful place and I felt like it was just built for us ! We went for an anniversary trip and will definitely go back. After meeting Patrick and Sue it's like you've known them forever. It's one of the better B&B's we've stayed at. You will enjoy it !

Berry Springs near Pigeon Forge is one of the most romantic places we've ever stayed. The rooms are very private and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our hot tub under the stars on our own private balcony. The first time we stayed there we enjoyed a Valentine's Day basket with lots of goodies and lots of chocolate. Since then we've been back two more times. If you need a weekend away with your lover, this is the place.

berry springs lodge is one of the most "romantic" lodges we have stayed out in the united states. it has beautiful sun rising and fantastic sun sets for any couple to enjoy. the accommodations are first class and the attention to detail outstanding. we have traveled and stayed in more than 20 to 30 bed and breakfast thru out the country and berry springs tops them all. the owners patrick and sue leave nothing to be desired. there are hot tubs outside of the rooms for you to enjoy the beautiful mountain views, as well as a pond for fishing , and many outdoors activities to do while you stay at the bed and breakfast. secluded yet very close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge and the entertainment you could want. once you stay at berry springs, you might think you have experienced a little bit of heaven on earth. it is beyond a doubt a very unique place, and everyone should experience berry springs lodge at least once if not many times again when you return.

Berry Springs is far from the din of interstate noise. You may hear an occasional cow or wild animal, but you and your loved one are quickly lost in your own companionship. What a change from everyday hustle and bustle. It's a time to get reacquainted without interruptions.

Excellent place for a romantic getaway. You are far enough away to feel secluded yet close enough to go to your favorite Smoky Mountain place (restaurant, park ETC.)

We were married last week at Berry Springs! What a romantic place, magical, private, and very intimate...we give Berry Springs our vote!

Berry Springs Lodge is a beautiful inn with scenery unsurpassed in our experience. The comfortable rooms, the hot tubs on the deck, and the wonderful meals make this the perfect spot for honeymoons, anniversaries, or just a time for renewal for couples of all ages. After a night out on the town, we arrived "home" to find a delicious cake to help us celebrate our special day. The innkeepers assisted us in making entertainment plans for our stay in the area. Our only complaint is that it is not closer to our home so we could visit more often.

Berry Springs Lodge was the cleaniest, well kept facility I have stayed in. It was relaxing and the amenities were very romantic. If you want your stress level to go WAY down, Berry Springs is the place to go! Just can't say enough good things about it!

I have stayed at the Berry Springs Lodge in Seviereville. TN twice (the most recent was in May) and I am in love with this gorgeous and cozy inn. The location has amazing views of the mountains and this can been seen from your private balcony, many which now have hot tubs. The inn is very clean and the hosts really do make you fell welcome. The rooms also have fireplaces.

Berry Springs is the perfect place for a cosy, romantic break. Each room is tasteful and pretty, with delightful little extras and everything you could need. The balconies with hot tubs are private with stunning views and the porch with it's rockers was a great place to relax after one of Patrick and Sue's fab breakfasts. Every evening our hostess delighted us with home baked desserts - not good for the waistline but oh so tasty. Berry Springs is like stepping into the most welcoming family home in the world but with as much privacy as you like. Every inn should be like this one!

Berry Springs changed my husband's mind about Bed and Breakfast Inns. He likes privacy when we travel, and he steered clear of Bed and Breakfasts until we went to Berry Springs. It was a beautiful setting, had the privacy we wanted, and we have been back several times. We have given gift certificates to Berry Springs, as well as held a reunion with nine other couples at the lodge. Nestled in the mountains, the lodge has all the amenities we wanted and, yet, is just a few miles away from Pigeon Forge Outlet shopping and Dollywood. We have been in romantic spots that required a drive to get to anything else. This spot is secluded, but accessible to many other activities - if you like. Enjoy a dessert in the evening and a wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Our stay at the Berry Springs Lodge is definately one of our favorite get-a-way memories. The lodge is beautiful, as well as comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the food so much we purchased the house cookbook and I use it every time I have over night guest or a brunch. Sitting on the balcony taking in the breath taking views or hiking the nature trails around the grounds was a perfect way for us to spend time together. It was every thing we expected and much more. We have stayed at Berry Springs Lodge several times and love everything about it. The view is georgous, it is very peaceful and the breakfast is always delicious (especially the stuffed french toast!) The rooms are immaculate and beautifully furnished and the beds are so comfortable.

Berry Springs is the best "gift" you could give yourselves. From arrival to departure, you will feel transformed! Nothing has been forgotten in the beautifully appointed Inn. As you walk in the front door, you feel immediately comforted and welcome. The view in itself is Heavenly! You feel like you are in another world, yet within 15 minutes of the "real world". The food was so fresh and delicious. There is no reason to leave the property. The family environment is so enviting. They have truly thought of everything and their delivery is magnificent. I promise you...you won't want to leave! The Suttons will return every chance we can!

After a week of hard work and extremely hot, humid temps we looked forward to relaxing and rejuvenating at Berry Springs. That was the perfect place - rocking on the porch, enjoying the scrumptious desserts in the evening, the hot tub overlooking the mountains, and the superb attention to detail in all of the experience.

Berry Springs could not have been better. It was extremely well appointed, spotlessly clean, well organized, had excellent service and was in a gorgeous setting. The owners seemed to have thought of so many special details and extras to make it as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Beautifully decorated rooms; gorgeous views; right mix of friendly owners, but privacy. Sooooo much better than anything in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge!

Since we are very active and like to exercise, we appreciate the bikes that were available to ride on the property around the lake. The rooms were very quiet and each had a balcony. There were also a huge selection of movies. Everything was so organized. This says a lot about the owner.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Berry Springs Lodge. We loved the room, private hot tub right on our back deck as well as the great service and delicious breakfast. My wife and I have travelled and stayed at many Inns and B&B's over the years, but far and away our favorite is Berry Springs Lodge. The rooms are spacious and elegant yet homey, the scenery is gorgeous, the food incredible, and the host and hostess make you feel like old friends from your very first visit.

It was a fantastic, peaceful Inn. Patrick was great, very attentive. His wife was visiting her family and was not there during the week I visited; however, there was nothing lacking. Very comfortable and relaxing. You could do as much or as little as your heart desired.

I planned a romantic get away for my husband and I for our 25th Wedding Anniversary to the Berry Springs Lodge in Gatlinburg,Tennessee. I had no idea what to expect as we are usually hotel people when we travel (Marriot)I wanted something different, romantic and special for our long weekend in the Smoky Mtns and we got that and more. We were thrilled with our stay - the internet pics did not do it justice! We would love to come back - just finding time the time in our busy lives with 4 children, work, etc is always the issue - I recommend it to anyone looking for peaceful and romantic! Nice change from busy hotels.

Berry Springs Lodge is the perfect romantic getaway for two...located near the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, this B&B couldn't afford more breathtaking views, more comfortable accommodations, and finer hospitality! The Innkeepers are friendly, the food is outstanding, and coffee, tea, and snacks are available 24/7. It was a wonderful place to celebrate our 10th anniversary along with the 10th anniversary of Berry Springs Lodge!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I have been traveling to Berry Springs for several years now. Patrick and Sue have found the right formula in meeting the guests needs and making them very comfortable, down to the smallest detail. They cater mainly to adults which makes a very nice and quiet setting for a romantic getaway. We enjoy it so much we never want to leave.

My sister was married her on the back porch and it was one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been to! Love this property and the folks who run it!

We had a fantastic weekend at Berry Springs Lodge. We had a hot tub room with a fantastic view from the hot tub on the oudside deck.

We have visited the Berry Springs Lodge on several occassions. It is a quiet, romatic getaway with mountain scenery, peaceful walks, and restful porches. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The food is excellent. It is located in a secluded area, but it is only minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area which has numerous restaurants and other attractions (including terrific outlet shopping). It is about 1/2 hour away from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, one of our favorite parks. Patrick and Sue are wonderful hosts who will make sure your stay is warm and comformtable!

Berry Springs is the one place after 37 years of marriage that we both look forward to visiting. Not only can you book massages in your room or on the deck but the food is fabulous and the hospitality is fantastic. Waking to the early morning sun coming up over the hills makes a beautiful and romantic beginning to each day. Lots of places to visit in the immediate area but far enough away to feel secluded and wrapped in warmth. You'll love it as much as we do.

We have stayed at numerous B&B's over the years and we have our own rating exercise which we always do as we drive away on the last day of our stay. Our scale is 1 to 10 with 10 being the best. Berry Springs is the only 10 we have ever given. Awesome!

My husband and I picked Berry Springs Lodge as the Inn to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We were more than thrilled with the accommodations,the warm and friendly owners who were so helpful in making our stay the best we have ever experienced at any Country Inn we have stayed at. The views of the mountains are breathtaking, the food was excellent, the Inn immaculately clean and the decor warm and welcoming. We will definately return to Berry Springs Lodge for many escapes from the rat race of Northern Virginia whenever possible.

Our honeymoon was in the Smoky Mountains way back in 1981. Over the years, we'd become disenchanted with some of the changes we'd seen in downtown Gatlinburg and along the main drag in Pigeon Forge. The Berry Springs Lodge changed all that a couple of years ago thanks to Sue & Patrick. We now love coming back to the Smokys in the Fall to rekindle the flame.

We have stayed several times at Berry Springs Lodge. The rooms are luxurious, the views are awesome and the owners are wonderful. It is a great destination for a special anniversary celebration.

As my lady and I drove the long winding path to the Berry Springs Lodge we felt that we were experiencing a "little bit of heaven". Once we checked into the lodge and spent time there this feeling was reinforced time and time again!

Berry Springs Lodge is truly one of the most peaceful, romantic, inviting Inns at which I have ever stayed. My husband and I were married here and we couldn't have asked for a better getaway location for our big day. The mountain views are gorgeous. The lodging and breakfasts are fantastic. And, the proprietors Patrick and Sue are friendly, warm and inviting. I would (and have) highly recommend Berry Springs!

Loved the large porch and view. The hummingbird feeders made it a great place to see lots of hummingbirds feeding.

The rooms are beautiful, clean, well appointed and the service will far exceed your expectations. Patrick and Sue will take excellent care of you, and you will have a delicious breakfast waiting for you every morning in the beautiful dining room. We have booked countless trips to Berry Springs for ourselves, and for family, and it has always been the highlight of the year!

We stayed at Berry Springs Lodge in the spring. As we sat on the covered porch the lovely scent of wildflowers filled the air, and the soft rains made the hills seem cozy. We had ample opportunity to snuggle in front of the fireplace and gaze into each others eyes. Pretty good for 30 years of marriage! Very romantic.

Wonderful and relaxed place to stay. You have plenty of privacy but still can interact with the owners and others who are staying at the Lodge. It is just the most romantic getaway.

We decided to get married at Berry Springs Lodge after stumbling across the website and reading the reviews. Everything about the place seemed perfect and the elopement package seemed ideal for our intimate ceremony. From the second we walked through the doors everything exceeded our expectations. Sue, Patrick and Melissa attended to all our needs. The food for breakfast in the morning and dessert at night was excellent. The suite we were in felt like coming home if home has a view of the Smokey Mountains. All in all, Berry Springs was the perfect romantic setting for our wedding.

Very romantic, secluded, wonderful location. Private hot tubs on balconies, fireplaces in rooms, the best homemade breackfast and nighly desserts. 24 hour refreshments also available...maybe for that afternoon game of Scrabble on the patio. Things to do on the property: canoing, fishing, biking, hiking, play pool, ping pong, basketball, horse shoes, resting in hammock. Very refreshing vacation! Thank you Patrick & Sue!

Beautiful, clean lodge with a breath taking view of the mountains. Owners are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is the best I have had anywhere. We have stayed at many B&B's over the years and this is by far our favorite. We try to make it a yearly trip. I would recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a quiet getaway that is close to a number of activities if you desire.

Berry Springs is the best B&B in the Smoky Mountains. There is no better combination than a great view, great rooms, great food, and great innkeepers. It is a MUST STAY for your next trip to Tennessee!

For a truly romantic place away from the lights of Pigeon Forge, I highly recommend this place. My wife and I have been coming here since 2001 and wouldn't think of another place. Activities at the lodge are slowly expanding, and the hot tub is to "die" for.. the only other comment I can make is you gotta go here!

We loved our trip to Berry Springs to spend our 35th anniversary!! Not only was the place GORGEOUS, the food was to die for!!!! We can't wait until our next trip there.! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We love the Berry Springs Lodge and return at least once a year. We had our first romantic getaway at the Berry Springs and then decided to get married there a year later. Now celebrating our 4th year of wedded bliss we're heading back next week for some relaxing romantic fun.

My husband and I visited Berry Springs Lodge on our 20th anniversary and loved it so much we revisited on our 21st anniversary. The lodge is so private you feel as if you are alone. The staff is just wonderful, they provide for all you needs. We have already made plans to make this an annual trip.
