The first night's fee is required as an advance deposit. A stay of four or more nights requires half of total stay as a deposit. With fourteen days notice or more, a full refund is given minus a $25.00 service charge. Less than fourteen days, a refund will be given only if the room is re-booked. There is a $25.00 service charge for canceling.
