Benchmark Inn

Our recent stay at the Benchmark Inn in Provincetown was wonderful. The accommodations were fantastic! Our room was beautiful and perfect in size. It had a separate outside entrance, and a private area on the rooftop deck. The room was immaculate and cleaned thoroughly every day. The owners of the Inn, Daniel and Dan were friendly, kind, attentive, and very helpful. They made wonderful restaurant recommendations, and they made all of our dinner reservations. Also, they made excellent recommendations for activities and entertainment. The morning breakfast was delicious and included excellent selections of pastries, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, and tea. My partner and I got married while in Provincetown and the hosts had a small reception for us at the Inn after our wedding. Their kindness and generosity were very touching. Our stay at the Benchmark was the best Bed and Breakfast experience we have ever had! We plan to go back annually.

I would highly recommend this bed & breakfast. It is a charming, very well run inn, with a laid back, friendly atmosphere. The proprietors make every effort to ensure your comfort. The rooms have an understated charm, and many of them have small outdoor porches with views of the harbor. The location is ideal - close to the main drag but not right on it. Walking distance to most of the nicer restaurants. We would certainly return on future vacations.

We just loved our stayed at Benchmark inn. Really nice and calm place near everything. Amazing views of P-town and the bay from the room and balcony. Daniel was great helping me preparing a little surprise before our arrival. We will be back.

My friends and I stayed at the Benchmark Inn in September. The two nights we spent there were fabulous!! A wonderful place to relax and to revitalize. The hosts, Dan and Daniel were at any time very obliging and helpful. They had great recommendations for restaurants and leisure activities. The Benchmark Inn is perfectly located at the quiet end of Commerical Street and so you are in walking distance to the best part of the town with all the beautiful little shops and art galleries. The rooms are very clean, modern and decorated in the best of taste. We stayed at room 2 with a great water view and a little balcony. Make sure you don't miss the marvelous breakfast the Benchmark Inn offers. We are looking forward visiting Provincetown and the Benchmark Inn again as soon as possible!
