Minimum Stay Requirements: 2-night minimum on weekends and holidays. Cancellation: Cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the reserved date will be handled as follows: If the cabin can be re-secured, a refund of deposit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate (non-transferable) valid for a one year period. If a cancellation occurs using this gift certificate, a new gift certificate will not be re-issued. If the cabin cannot be re-secured, no refund of deposit will be issued, plus a $25 cancellation fee may be charged for each additional night not covered by the deposit.
