Circa 1850. Located on 38 acres, this red shingled country farmhouse has a century-old log barn and ancient cemetery with graves of Confederate soldiers and others prior to the Civil War. The farmhouse is decorated eclectically, and the front porch is furnished with rocking chairs and a swing. Swimming, basketball, badminton and horseshoes are available. A gourmet breakfast of biscuits and gravy, fresh eggs and homemade preserves is served in the dining room or screen room.
