Cancellation: In the event that you must cancel with more than one week notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $25. If you cancel less than one week of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-rent. If we can re-rent your room, we will issue credit, less the $25 cancellation fee.
