Cancellation: We will always attempt to minimize financial risk to all parties for cancellations due to illness, however, if the cancellation is made 3-7 days in advance of the stay the deposit is retained and a gift certificate will be issued for a stay at a future date. If the reservation is cancelled 10 or more days in advance of the stay, the deposit is refundable, minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to scheduled stay are not refundable
