First house built at top of Broadway hill. Built out of old growth lumber by one of the first pharmacy owners in Aberdeen. House built by Dr. W.B. Paine to house all of his servants. They were known as the formal family of Aberdeen. Turn-of-the-century architecture. Historic Awards: Local Register (Applied), State Historical Site (Applied) and City Historical Site (Granted).
