Circa 1925. Spanning six scenic acres in the heart of Shenandoah Valley at the western base of Massanutten Peak, this 1925 stone and stucco lodge has been carefully restored. Old Massanutten Lodge offers peaceful country accommodations in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Keezletown, Virginia. Enjoy fresh-baked treats upon arrival. Snacks and beverages are always available in The Coffee Shop. Gather in the Great Room by the nine-foot stone fireplace. Two guest bedrooms feature jetted tubs and a gas stove or fireplace. The Ruby Hammer also has a private balcony and the ground-floor Golden Butterfly is handicap accessible. Beds include a dual-controlled air mattress. A gourmet breakfast is graciously presented using healthy and sometimes homegrown ingredients. The landscaping and gardens provide a great setting for playing lawn games.
