Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 nights for special occasions, graduation, football games and holidays. Call for information. Cancellation: If notice of cancellation is received 10 days in advance of arrival date, 14 days for holidays/weekends and 30 days for special events, your deposit will gladly be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. No shows or less than the above policy will be charged the full scheduled stay, unless the room is reserved by another party. Pets: We regret we are unable to accommodate pets. Smoking: Limited.
