DescriptionCirca 1753. L'Auberge Provencale was built with fieldstones gathered from the area. Hessian soldiers crafted the woodwork of the main house, Mt. Airy. As the name suggests, a French influence is prominent throughout the inn. Victorian and European antiques fill the elegant guest rooms, several of which include fireplaces. Innkeeper Alain Borel hails from a long line of master chefs, his expertise creates many happy culinary memories. Many of the French-influenced items served at the inn's four-diamond restaurant include ingredients from the gardens. Accommodations are also available three miles away at Villa La Campagnette, an 1890 restored home. The home includes two suites and the Grand Master bedroon on 18 acres with a swimming pool and stables.
